Konstantin pranchev
Founder & Managing Partner
Konstantin is responsible for the firm’s strategic development, leading capital raising, investment evaluations, and the execution of acquisitions and divestments across single assets and portfolios on behalf of private and public investors.
Prior to founding Lakestone, he worked at KPMG, where he was responsible for corporate finance activities within its real estate practice, focusing on acquisitions, divestments, and equity capital markets. He led financial advisory mandates for key institutional clients – including sovereign wealth funds, government entities, and major financial institutions – managing assignments with an aggregate project value exceeding USD 1.5 billion.
Previously, Konstantin was with TriGranit, one of Europe’s largest privately owned real estate investment and development companies. There he contributed to the supervision of a USD 5.3 billion project pipeline and supported the execution of the ongoing disposal strategy for a portfolio of shopping centers and mixed-use assets across 11 countries with a value in excess of USD 3.3 billion. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for sales and financial structuring of a large-scale residential and commercial development in Moscow valued at over USD 310 million.
Konstantin is a frequent speaker and panelist at investor forums and industry seminars. He holds a degree in Business Administration from a university in Zurich and is fluent in English, German, Bulgarian, and Spanish, with conversational Russian.
Christoph portmann
Senior Advisor – Family Offices
Christoph has over 30 years of experience in advising international clients in wealth management in Zurich. At Lakestone, he advises on relationships with family offices and private investors.
Prior to joining Lakestone, he was the Head of the Central and Eastern European Private Banking team at Schroders. Previously, he led the Derivatives and Structured Products team at Vontobel, having joined the bank’s private banking devision in 1997.
Since 2000, Christoph has served on the Board of Trustees of the Pension Fund of the City of Lucerne and has held board positions in several Swiss companies. From 1996 to 2006, he also served in public office as Municipal and Cantonal Councilor in Lucerne.
Christoph is a qualified banker, a graduate of the Swiss Banking School Executive Program and is fluent in German and English, with conversational French.

roy linden
Roy is a Co-Founder of Prime Holdings Group, a platform focused on originating, financing, and managing private equity real estate investments in Central and Eastern Europe.
Previously, Roy served as Chief Financial Officer and later acting Chief Executive Officer of Plaza Centers Group, one of Europe’s leading real estate development and investment companies, with operations also in the United States and India. During his tenure, the group developed 33 shopping centers and completed asset transactions with an aggregate value exceeding USD 3 billion. Roy was responsible for financial operations, corporate-level debt (including bonds), bank financing for development and operating assets, tax structuring, and financial reporting, while managing finance teams across 9 countries and reporting directly to shareholders and covering analysts.
Earlier in his career, Roy worked as a Manager in the real estate practice of KPMG Hungary, specialising in auditing, business advisory, and local and international taxation for multinational companies. Prior to that, he was a senior member of an audit team at Ernst & Young in Israel, with a focus on high-technology companies.
Roy holds a degree in Accounting from the College of Management in Israel and is a Certified Public Accountant in both the United States and Israel. He speaks fluent Hebrew and English, with conversational Hungarian.
