Konstantin pranchev

Founder & Managing Partner

Konstantin is responsible for the strategic development of the company. He is in charge of leading equity raisings, investment assessments and managing the acquisition & divestment process of single and portfolio opportunities on behalf of private and public investors. Prior to Lakestone he worked with KPMG, where he was responsible for all Corporate Finance related acquisitions, divestment and equity capital markets within its Real Estate practice. He was leading financial advisory key accounts including Sovereign Wealth Funds, government bodies and major financial institutions. Prior Konstantin worked with TriGranit, one of the largest privately owned real estate investment and development companies in Europe. He assisted in the supervision of a USD 5.3 billion project pipeline as well as in executing the ongoing disposal strategy for a portfolio of shopping centers and mixed-use assets across 11 countries worth in excess of USD 3.3 billion. Former to this he was in charge of sales and financial structuring for a large residential and commercial project valued at over USD 310 million in Moscow.

Konstantin is a frequent speaker and panelist at investor forums and seminars. He holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University in Zurich and speaks fluent English, German, Bulgarian, Spanish and is conversational in Russian.

Christoph portmann

Senior Advisor

Christoph has over 20 years experience in advising international clientele in wealth management in Zurich. Before joining Lakestone he was the Head of the Central and Eastern European private banking team at Schroders Bank. Prior to this he was Head of Sales for Derivative & Structured products for Bank Vontobel, before he joined the private banking team in 1997. Since 2000 he has been on the Board of Trustees of the pension fund of the city of Lucerne in Switzerland as well as on the board of several Swiss companies. From 1996 until 2006 he also worked as a municipal council and cantonal council in Lucerne.

Christoph is a qualified banker having graduated from the Swiss Banking School Executive Program as well as an experienced trader in futures & options. Christoph is fluent in German and English and conversational in French.

roy linden

Co-Founder of Prime Holdings Group, a platform in Central and Eastern Europe, originating, financing and managing Private Equity real estate investments. Prior Roy served as the Chief Financial Officer as well as acting Chief Executive Officer for Plaza Centers Group, one of the leading Real Estate development and investment companies in Europe with operations also in India and in the US. The group developed in total 33 shopping centers and transacted assets globally with an aggregate value of over USD 3 billion. Roy was responsible for all financial operations, corporate level debt (bonds), bank financing on the deployment and operating assets, managing the finance teams in the 9 countries, tax structuring and reporting directly to the shareholders and covering analysts. Prior he was acting as Manager in the Real Estate desk of KPMG Hungary, specializing in auditing, business advisory as well as local and international taxation for multinational companies. Preceding he was a senior member of an audit team at Ernst & Young in Israel with an emphasis on high-tech companies.

Roy holds a degree in accounting from the College of Management in Israel and is a certified public accountant in the United States of America and Israel. He speaks fluent Hebrew, English and is conversational in Hungarian.
